Skill Lab is for players who want to improve, not players who need to be convinced to work.

You bring the effort. You listen, ask questions, complete every rep and compete. I bring the knowledge, the plan and the honest coaching needed to move your game forward.

04 About me

BUILT FROM
EXPERIENCE,
NOT THEORY.

I grew up playing basketball, competed in top teams throughout high school, then earned a full ride scholarship to play at Oakland City University in the United States.

Four years of US college basketball gave me first-hand knowledge of the standards, skill and decision making needed at a higher level. I now pass that knowledge on without filler, fake hype or wasted reps.

05 The development rule

I DO NOT TRAIN
THE GOAL.
I DEVELOP THE PLAYER
CAPABLE OF REACHING IT.

A player might want to become an elite scorer, make a representative team or earn a college opportunity. That outcome gives us direction. It does not automatically become today's workout.

THE GOAL WHERE YOU WANT TO GET.

The future outcome, role or level the player is working towards.

THE PROCESS WHAT MUST BE BUILT NEXT.

The current skills, habits and decisions that make the goal possible.

06 What gets developed

MORE THAN
A BAG OF MOVES.

01

SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Footwork, handles, shooting and finishing that hold up at game speed.

02

GAME IQ

Reading defenders, making decisions and understanding why an action works.

03

CONFIDENCE

Confidence built through preparation, repetition and proof, not empty motivation.

08 How it starts

APPLY. SHOW UP.
WORK. IMPROVE.

  1. 01

Tell me where your game is at

Complete the quick enquiry so I know the player, the goal and the training format you are looking for.

  2. 02

    Start with a clear focus

We identify what needs work and make sure the session has a purpose from the first rep.

  3. 03

    Train at game speed

Expect detail, correction, repetition and competition. No standing around and no filler.

  4. 04

    Take the work with you

You leave knowing what improved, what still needs work and what to repeat before the next session.
